Sorcerer’s Apprentice
March 1 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The Woods Hole Public Library is planning a spellbinding afternoon of theater for the whole family on Saturday, March 1, at 3 PM.
Inspired by J.W. Goethe’s fantastical poem, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice takes us into the magical world of a sorcerer and his headstrong daughter. Captured at the Southwark Playhouse in 2021, this play explores the importance of love and family, as father and daughter learn to work together.
Described by The Stage Magazine as a “charming contemporary fairytale,” this musical is full of humor, magic and charming songs. “Utterly enchanting in every way The Sorcerer’s Apprentice reminds us just how magical musical theatre can be.” (Theatre Weekly) Running time is approximately 123 minutes, with a brief intermission.
