Cotuit Center for the Arts presents “Newsies” November 25 to December 21. Opening night is tuesday, November 25, at 7:30 PM. Other performances are Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 PM, Saturdays at 5 PM, and Sundays at 2 PM.
Directed by Michele Colley, this Tony Award-winning musical brings to life the rousing true story of the 1899 New York City newsboys’ strike. With high-energy dance numbers, unforgettable songs, and an inspiring message about standing together for what’s right, Newsies is a thrilling experience for audiences of all ages.
