Woods Hole Public Library Discussion of Plato’s Republic

A discussion of Plato’s Republic will continue at the Woods Hole Public Library on Tuesday, July 7, from 6pm – 7:30pm. Justin Reynolds, PhD and Ana Keilson, PhD of the Gull Island Institute will lead the group.
Participants should be prepared to discuss Books I and II. If you were not able to join the first discussion on May 5, you are still more than welcome to join in.
The Republic seeks answers to the timeless questions of the definition of justice and the origins of tyranny.
